This policy explains what information Caridad Studios LLC ("we") collects on this website and in the apps we publish, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect as little as we can, we do not sell it, and we do not show ads.

This website

This site is a static page. It does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts, other than loading a typeface from Google Fonts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may log standard request data such as IP address and browser type to operate and secure the service. We do not access or use those logs to identify visitors.

If you email us, we keep the message so we can reply and follow up. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Our apps

Our apps are built for households. To do their job they store the information you and your household members enter, such as names, chores, calendar events, and messages between members. That information is used only to provide the app to you and the people you have invited.

Specifically:

• Account information. An email address or Apple ID identifier to sign you in and let you recover your account.
• Household content. The tasks, events, and notes you create. This is visible to the members of your household and to no one else.
• Diagnostics. Crash and performance reports, which do not include the content you enter.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build profiles for any purpose other than running the app. We use third-party infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting) to store and process data on our behalf, under contracts that restrict them to that purpose.

Children

Our apps are designed to be used by families, including children, under the direction of an adult household member who creates and manages the household. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without that adult's involvement. If you believe a child has provided information to us without authorization, contact us and we will delete it.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account from within the app, which removes your personal information and, if you are the household owner, the household's content. You can also email [email protected] and we will delete it within 30 days.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as your account is active. Data is encrypted in transit. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected users if we learn of a breach involving their personal information.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, for app users, note the change in the app.
